  They're talking! The cable I was using was bad. Printing now. Lots of MatterControl buttons to learn, but I think I'm on my way. I'll probably email support with questions after I write down a few.

  Try unplugging the filament runout detector. It is attached just under the extruder.

  Fuzzy skin changes an object to be a marker for where to place 'Fuzzy' on other objects. So the object that is set to fuzzy does not print on its own.

  @tinken Solved. 'Has Filament Runnout Sensor' was set in Hardware when not set in printer firmware. This resulted in MC stopping for the trigger.

  It has always been part of PRO. There may be a way to get it to export without buying it, but there isn't supposed to be .

  Does you part have lots of overlapping pieces? MatterControl is trying to merge them on export so that it will produce a good STL that can be used in other software.

  You may want to check if there are a lot of loose parts that are duplicates of each other. Or you might be able to combine some of the parts together before exporting.

  We will work on having a solution that can export without merging when there are too many parts or the bed is too complex.

  You need to 'Show Printer' in the overflow menu (3 dots in upper right).

  

  I'm showing the Ender 3 MAX end gcode in the screen shot and it should not have a home in there. Let us know if you get it working and what you did and we will be sure to include any fixes you make in the profile.
