@rcarder1763 Probably nowhere - at least not one that might be useful to you until you just want a gear for display purposes. Otherwise what is the modulus/pitch, how many teeth, addendum/dedendum pressure angle, helix angle, double helical? How thick/wide? what kinda mount/bore internal/external etc etc etc. We do a lot of gears IDK if we have one that is exactly 6 inch but willing to share if we have one you need. Feel free to browse through our stuff and take what you need

MatterControl PRO has a Gear generator now. You can specify height, tooth count, pitch, ID, pressure angle, and clearances. You can also create a rack.
