D Series vs E Series Pulse printers?

Hello I am looking into buying a refurb pulse printer, but I cannot figure out the difference between D Series and E Series machines. I would like to buy the latest machine that is currently on sale as new elsewhere on the site. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I own both. D series is 12v with an external power supply and an 8 bit cnc board. E series is 24v with a Meanwell power supply attached to the frame. E series comes with either 8bit or 32 depending on the configuration. Either printer may come with a magnetic base.
I do feel that the website technician needs to pay a little more attention to defining the details on the refurb pulse printer listing.
