No Adhesion to Build Plate - MatterHacker resin and Photon Mono

Purchased 1/14/22I have spent 1.5 days attempting to print the test tiles(hexagons)., they stick to the FEP every single time(with one exception which was not repeatable). I was able to get the single layer square to adhere only once, but after this was not repeatable.
I have re-zeroe'd build plate perhaps 2 dozen times using the method from the manual, as well as the Flint Reed method. I have raised bottom layer exposure time, lowered it, tried thinner layers. I have the "substrate" sticker the MatterHacker rep sold me installed.
What am I doing wrong?

Try printing a single layer square - 30 x 30mm x 0.05mm
If that isn't sticking to the plate, then you aren't close enough.
