Pulse D-211 Matter Control Firmware update

Matter Control reports a firmware update for my Pulse D-211 but it never completes the update. It backup the exists firmware then starts the update but it never completes.

Hey there @Ukytreats
We do not typically release updates for machines that are already in the market for Pulse. It may be that you have the wrong profile selected and the mismatch in the version that the printer is reporting and the profile you are sitting on is causing the update to show.

@michael-petitclerc How do I check if there is a mismatch? I also ordered a panel but haven't installed it yet. Will I need to update the firmware when I do install the panel?

When selecting the printer version in the Hardware tab of MatterControl 2.0, you want to be sure that you are on the same number that matches the number on the sticker on the back crossbar of your printer.
As to what you will need to do after, reach out to our team and they will be able to let you know which pulse version you will want to select and update the firmware to when the Viki is installed.

@michael-petitclerc Thank you. It's set correctly to D-211. I haven't added Viki yet but will contact support when I do.
