Bubbles on my Prints
-
Hi
I have a print that has small bubbles and build up areas across the entire print. Seems it doesn't like to be smooth and not sure about the settings.
Printer: Pulse xe
Filament: PetgMattercontrol:
ABS Settings - basic10% InFill
No SupportsNeed help in the mattercontrol settings.
Is the speed of the print moves a factor?
Thanks!

@blendidprints This usually means that the filament is wet or the printing temperature may be too high. For PETG, it is most likely the temperature. Adjust down and see if you get a better result.

Thanks.
Recommended print temp?
PLA: about 185C to about 205C
AbS: 110°C
PETG: 205C to 235C ?Does this seem about right?

I print ABS between 230C and 245C

If you are printing PETG you will want to try the RYNO setting for filament. That is the petg filament that ships with many Pulses and should have good settings. It defaults to 255c which I have had very good results with.
