@Jason7373 Yes. You can use third party materials with the Ultimaker S5. You will need to input a new material profile in Cura to record your settings.

RE: R1+ support numbers
@sjolly6567 The first place to look is to increase the Air Gap setting. The default setting is 2.5mm. Increase this number to 5.0mm and this should help.

RE: Stepper Motor
@ckrannitz A good place to look for reference is the Stepper Wiring Connections page which has graphics to assist you. If you have a standard four pin connector, then the order should be Red, Blue, Green and Yellow.

RE: Printing ABS with E3D Scaffold support material
@splzak You may want to try to print a Raft in ABS so the Scaffold material would start on top of an ABS layer. Another option is to use hairspray on the surface as an adhesive.

RE: Lulzbot Taz 6 Stop Extruding But It Keeps Moving
@ajusay74 There could be several reasons for this issue. If it occurs at the same layer height for different types of filament, then it is most likely a firmware issue. Feel free to contact us directly if you need to do more of a deep dive on this issue.

RE: Bridging results in very fine threads which get torn and twisted...
@FolsomMike The quality of bridging often depends on the type of printer, material being printed and the print speed. PET/PETG is one of the more difficult filaments to bridge. The optimal setting for bridging speed is 20mm/s. If you would like further assistance in troubleshooting this issue, feel free to submit a message to support@matterhackers.com.
