Pulse XE board upgrade post-purchase

I purchased the printer without the board due to do to the steep price. Is there a way to add in a 32bit board after and just compile and flash the firmware? I would just go with the SKR Turbo like they are selling, but considering the board is $140 and I have the wiring diagram I can just plug and play the system myself.

The Pulse firmware is available on Github. But you will need to compile a custom build for that board.
Alternatively, if you follow any of my posts, you can add a Duet mini 5, use my compile which is already made. I have been working on a new electronics enclosure for this. In my opinion, Duet makes the best cnc boards for printing.
