Mattercontrol shutting off 2nd hotend

Hey, folks...looking for some help. I have a Pulse DXE dual extruder model that I recently purchased. It's been working fine up until last night. For no apparent reason, every time I try to print something using support material in the second extruder, Mattercontrol commands the temperature of Hotend #2 to zero. Hotend #1 and the bed will heat to the temps in the slicer settings but hotend 2 does not get commanded on. If I manually command it on, as soon as the print commences Mattercontrol commands it back off. I don't believe I changed anything that would cause this behavior. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
