Solid layer starting point

Is there a way to make the starting point of solid layers so the extruder does not travel over already printed lines? I know this will take longer to print but would leave a better finish on the top layer.

There is not a feature for that yet, but the next update will always do a retraction (and z lift if available) when traveling over top layers. This can dramatically improve top layers.

Another requested feature that is in the next build is monotonic infill. This also can significantly improve top layers.
