new to 3d printing

hi im new to this, i have an ender-3 pro and every time i try to print something the filament wont stick to the bed of the printer it just drags it around, i was just wondering what i am doing wrong?

Are you using MatterControl? If so, have you tried Babystepping the first layer to get the right height?
