We don't have a Phrozen Sonic 4k to test with, but we have tested on a Sonic Mini 4K, and I suspect they would be identical in terms of settings.
For 0.05mm layer height:
60s bottom exposure time
5 bottom layers
4 transition layers2.5s exposure time
35mm/s Bottom lift speed
35mm/s Lifting speed5mm lifting distance
