I have tried and tried but no luck, what would be some issues to check. I have changed the hotend from 205, 210,215,220 and no difference is still looks like crap, I have also put the roll in the dryer at 45c for over 4hrs and no change. Im on the highest settings as I normally print my NylonX on Fine. Whats causeing the crappy looking print? the bottom is smooth about 1/4" up as you can see in the print but the rest is bubbly and looks like stucko! lol Help

In this instance, it looks like you may want to check your cooling fan. Making sure that it is on 100%for PLA.
