Issues Printing with PLA + PVA
-
Hi,
It's my first time printing with PLA + PVA. I've done some digging around and implemented what suggestions I could group together. I'm trying to print a complex object with PVA + PLA but I'm running into some issues. Mainly, the wipe wall is falling apart and the PVA/PLA doesn't appear to be adhering to one-another very well.
The PVA isn't popping and I'd baked it recently and stored it in a dry box. I'm printing on a Raise3D Pro2 Plus.
I'll attach some pictures of the end-result and the IdeaMaker file. If anyone has any suggestions as to how I can go about making this work, that would be great.
Thanks!
Brandon

Looks like you are having bed adhesion problems. Never printed with PVA but one material usually does not adhere to another well so you got to make sure that at the very least the PLA has good contact/adhesion to the be in every Part and preferably the support too.
