Ultimaker S5 Filament sensors and hardware question:

Is there supposed to be a sensor to stop the printer if the filament runs out? And, Does Matterhackers sell an extended spool holder that will carry 2 spools of 2KG filament? Thanks in advance.

The S5 does come with a sensor to detect if filament ran out. To my knowledge, we do not sell an extended spool holder for carrying 2kg filament on the printer.
