Is this a Temperature or Extrusion problem?

This is printed on a Rostock Max v2 with a bed temp of 100 deg and a hotend temp of 235. I am going to try reprinting at 240 to see if I get a better result because I get great adhesion to my PEI bed, but the printed layers are easier to pull apart the higher I get. About half-way up it looks like it might have been under extruding slightly, but that may just be the temp change too. Any ideas?

@jmoody Sorry, there's a bug with the image uploads right now. 1 MB is the limit for image files, so scale down if necessary for now.
