Lulzbot Taz 6 Stop Extruding But It Keeps Moving

I recently bought a Lulzbot Taz 6, it worked after a couple of sample prints. Then it stops extruding at a certain height and the extruder keeps moving. What causes the problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

@ajusay74 There could be several reasons for this issue. If it occurs at the same layer height for different types of filament, then it is most likely a firmware issue. Feel free to contact us directly if you need to do more of a deep dive on this issue.
