The changing of the nozzle

For us that are a middle level and just now wanting to try printing with a larger or smaller nozzle would you who are versed in this please give us an idea what variables will need to be adjusted.
As in, when going to a .8 from a .4 what will need to be adjusted up or down? Extrusion speed, Temp, etc etc.
I know not all printers are the same but there has to be common variables that will need adjusted.
Thanks in advance

The only thing I had to change much was tmp, since you are pushing more plastic it needs to melt faster. On my Anet A8 I jumped to a high volume nozzle that has a longer neck and heater block that helped a lot. Just my two cents.
