Pulse D-232 keeps pausing with "Jam, No Filament" No Jam.

  • Hello there,

I just purchased a used Pulse D-232 from my place of work that belonged to engineering. I've made it through the setup process and bed leveling and I'm ready to print. My issue is that whenever I go to start my first print, it keeps pausing as soon as I hit print saying "Jam or no filament". I've taken both the head and extruder completely apart and thoroughly cleaned but still no luck. I'm able to manually load and extrude no problem, just as soon as I go to actually print a model, the alarm comes up.

I can't seem to find any solutions digging online, so I thought I'd try to post here for some suggestions!

Any help would be appreciated as I'm eager to begin my 3d printing journey!

    Thanks,
    Wayne

  • Try turning run out sensor off in the settings. If your using matter control in the printer tab then hardware tab. Disable "has runout sensor". Obviously thats not fixing it but I'd bet the sensor is bad potentially.
