Matter Control can't import STL files created from Blender

I'm having an issue where stl files that were created in Blender won't register properly in MatterControl. The parts are importing with only a small portion of the geometry. The thing is I can open these STL files in MeshLab and a variety of other programs with absolutly no issue. I aparently can't upload files to this forum so here is a google drive link to the files.
Any help would be appreciated as this is getting infuriating.
As a possible workaround are you able to use any other slicer programs with a Pulse E-111 or am I stuck with this MatterControl software?
