4. PULSE XE E-432 -- Connected but wont Setup.

PULSE XE E-432 -- Connected but wont Setup.

    It worked for months. Then boxed for 3 months due to an interstate move. Now it connects, fan starts, but the Setup step will not work. Will not home or heat up.
    However, I can home manually using the LCD controller.
    All the cable connections are good.

    Suggestion?
