3D45 with MHackers PLA PRO

Anyone successfully running MHackers PLA PRO on a Dremel 3D45? I can't seem to be able to navigate what seems to be under-extrusion related issues. I've been working through it on CURA, but wasn't sure if anyone else has been able to print successfully with PLA PRO. If so, I'd love to learn a a little more on how you have CURA setup.
