Monoprice Maker Ultimate/Wanhao Duplicator 6 Settings for MatterControl

Does anyone have any Basic default settings for this printer?
I am new to this and see it isn't listed in the list of printers under monoprice. I am having trouble going through the calibration screen on MC as the 3 point axis knobs are on the opposite side of my print bed then what shows on the software. Lastly, the Z axis seems inverted as in down + and up is - I don't know if this is by design.

@montesdesigns The Z axis thing is an annoying thing by design.... As for settings I think you can either go with a complete Custom printer or start off with one that is similar likce a Cr-10 and customize that one
