Using Software bed level mesh with SD card

As I understand it G code is not modified but the offsets are added by MatterControl while it is controlling the printer. I would prefer not to have MatterControl run the printer via the USB cable but to have the G mode modified and stored on SD card. Can I do this within the MatterControl slicer or Cura? My firmware currently does not support a mesh.

In MC when you save the gcode there is a checkmark that says "include bed level" or something to that effect - check that
