2.85 filament

Purchased a spool of 2.85 white build pla a month ago to use in my sigmax r19. Filament is breaking into pieces inside the feeder tube on several different occasions. Rather frustrating. Why?

It could be a number of things really but you may have the tensioner a bit too tight on the feeder to start. Does this happen with every spool or just the one?

I've found some of the "Build" quality filament really horrible. Stick with the pro series.. that's my advice.
