Drag and drop STL and Paste STL not working

Currently running Version 10353 and can no longer drag and drop or paste (paste is greyed out) to a new empty New Design window. Running Win7

It sounds like the STL you are trying to use is still in a zipped folder. TO rectify this, you will need to unzip the file. Once unzipped, you should be able to drag and drop it in accordingly.
