Convert issues

Hello,
I'm currently doing my first build right now and got one problem:
My button for convert doesn't work - so I press the button and nothing happens.
I want to convert it into an .stl data.
Can someone help me?

I would be happy to help here but I have plenty of questions, could you please clarify?
Would you be able to take a screenshot just to be sure we are both on the same page?
If you are trying to export something on your Print bed in MatterControl, you can right-click it and select Export> Export as STL.
If I am a misunderstanding your issue, please let me know.
