Filament is clogged or extruded unevenly during printing

  • Hi everyone

I have been using 3D scanners and 3D printers to print some models recently, but I have encountered some tricky problems. I would like to ask experienced friends for advice.

During the printing process, I found that the filament was clogged or extruded unevenly, resulting in a significant decrease in printing quality. Specifically, there are obvious signs of lack of material on the surface of the printed part. I tried to change the nozzle, but similar situations still occurred

So I would like to ask if there are other ways to clean the nozzle or solve the blockage? For example, more efficient cleaning tools or chemical cleaners?

The scanner I use is this one: https://www.revopoint3d.com/products/portable-3d-scanner-pop3
    The printer is https://phrozen3d.com/

Thank you for your help! Any suggestions or experience sharing will be greatly appreciated. I hope to solve this problem as soon as possible and restore a smooth 3D printing experience.
