PULSE E224M Printing Errors

Hi everyone!
I'm new to this forum but not to printing with my pulse E224M. I have been printing successfully with this printer for 2 years now but am now running into an issue which I have not encountered before. When initializing prints, the printer is printing in small bursts and dropping small puddles of filament along the path of the print. This issue persists thru the entirety of the print. I have attached a photo
of what I am describing. Some of the troubleshooting I have done so far:- Ensured firmware was up to date on both MatterControl and printer
- Ensured that the STL file I was using is not corrupt (tried it on another printer and it works)
- Ensured the G code is not corrupt (tried it on another computer and it works)
- Verified that print settings matched previous print settings for PLA
- Changed computers
- Tried to upload the Gcode via SD card instead of from computer
- Changed data transfer cable
I am now running out of options and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
