Pulse D132 print head temp failure printing Nylon X

I have a Pulse XE model D132, I almost print exclusively with Nylon X. Just recently I am getting a print head failure where the print head will stop at 245C, then drop back to 244, or maybe 343, then back up to 245. It will not go above 245. It needs to be 255C. Within a minute or so I will get a hardware error and goes into error mode. When this first started about a week ago I could shut it down and try again. If it went to 246C then it would continue. Any Ideas on what to look for?
