Glass with glue stick is the best bed adhesion method for Nylon filament. 255 for the nozzle; 55 for the bed. PEI will most likely have issues.
Dial back the extrusion rate as it looks like you're over-extruding, and use glue stick on top of the blue tape to help the part stick better.
