New computer, where are my profiles and settings stored so I can transfer

Just like the title says. I have bought a new computer and want to transfer the machine profiles and settings to the new hard drive. Where are these files stored?

On Windows, MatterControl keeps the user's library and settings in C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\MatterControl. On Mac and Linux it is in ~/.local/share/MatterControl.
