Help with installing MatterControl on Mac

When I install and then try to open, I keep getting the error -

“MatterControl” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

I have the latest version of software. Can anyone please help?
I have the R1 printer so I don't think I can use a different software program.
