set dual extrusion in v2.0

Hello, I look in the WIKI and it is only showing early versions of the program and I cannot get my model with 2 colors to set to each extruder. There is nowhere in the program that I can find that setting.

In addition to using the align tool there is now an accelerator in the toolbar that aligns based on the original model positions.
We will work to get the documentation updated and put a note in the wiki that it is not current.
