Invisible 3D model and supports MatterControl 2.0

Hi, I m new to MatterControl and have installed 2.0 Version.
When i slice it only shows Skirt and Raft, supports and actual 3d models are dim, in very low opacity and can be seen they are there. there are not being sliced also. Attached picture,![0_1557561872858_Invisible print and supports.Please help.

But it is shows up and everything goes as it should be if i rotate my model upside down (180°).

Any suggestion what i am doing wrong?
