Position allways off after generating gcode

After I generate GCode for my model, the position in the layer view is always centered at x100y100 even if I provide different values for my printer bed. It doesn't even matter where I position the model in 3D View.
Is this a Slic3r issue? Can it be resolved by reinstalling slic3r?

For reference, reinstalling Slic3r won't do much good for MatterControl-related issues.

This bug is preventing the use of Slic3r from MatterControl interface (at least on deltas). I ran into the same issue.
There seems to be a bug report #773 already opened for this, but no one yet assigned to fix.
Hopefully this gets fixed as I really like the MatterControl interface.
I usually prefer the MatterSlice as well, but sometimes it would be nice to compare quickly and easily.
