Trying to calibrate extruder. MatterControl won't extrude filament in Controls.

Hi,
I'm trying to calibrate my extruder (Rostock Max v3) using the method in this article, but nothing happens when I click on "E+" to extrude filament. The controls do allow me to move/home my towers. Any tips? Would welcome other advice about calibrating the Bowden extruder.

Is your extruder warmed up? Many printers do not allow you to extrude when they are below a certain temperature.
