Different Fill ratios on the same part.

I was wondering if there is a way to change my fill type in the same part. For instance I am making a wrench hook that will be stuck to a machine with a magnet. I am ok with the body being 25% fill but I want the hooks to be solid. Anybody know how I can do that?
