Variable Sheets - How Many?

I like the VARIABLE SHEET feature a lot...but I have some questions:

Where is the documentation for this awesome feature? (syntax, constants, functions etc)
How many sheet objects can be added to a design?
Can a sheet reference a cell in another sheet?
Is each sheet limited to 25 cells?

Thanks in advance...I've been googling for hours!
