Version 1.6 changes in priming.
-
Hello forum. I notice their are some changes in mater control version 1.6 with priming multiple parts. on previous version each part would have its own priming. Now i get the following. is there a way to change it? Also is it possible to make a 2 layer priming? might be useful for large parts. --Edit- Just find it under loops. But is a way to add 2 layers of loops?

Priming is only on the first layer, and that will most likely not change. It's just for starting a steady flow out of the nozzle, which by the second layer is already done. How would it be useful for large parts?
For reference, here is a link to the documentation for these settings: http://wiki.mattercontrol.com/SETTINGS/General/Raft-Priming/Priming

If you just want to improve adhesion to the print surface, there is a setting in the end of 'Raft /Priming' called 'First Layer Expansion'. You can set the number of loops you want around every item. The loops will be touching the base.

Why doesn't MC call it "Brim" as other programs do?
