Oops! Wrong printer.
Pulse XE E-423
MatterControl 64bit version 2.22.04.11471
Windows 11
It worked for months. Then boxed for 3 months due to an interstate move. Now it connects, fan starts, but the Setup step will not work. Will not home or heat up.
However, I can home manually using the LCD controller.
All the cable connections are good.
Suggestion?
Thanks.

This is the second time I cancelled a print while it was in the heat-up phase while it was just about to start the auto-calibration process that occurs automatically before each print. It causes an auto-calibration problem. The problem is the base doesn't move to begin the calibration. Instead, while the base is extended away from the head in the X+ direction, the head lowers and hits the cable connection to the base. The display says "Probing Failed". I have the Pulse XE (E-423).
Anyone have similar problems? How do I cancel a print w/o this happening? Cancelling while actually printing is not a problem.
