I have a removable garolite bed and I didn't seat it properly, so when I tried to print it bumped against the frame and the system threw a reset error. I turned the machine off then back on. After a long pause, the lighted ring around the control knob next to the viki lcd panel started flashing purple and nothing else happens. I cycled the power multiple times and even pressed the reset buttons, but always with the same result. Any ideas?
