@tinken the small black ring the c-clip slots onto was the key. Had to press down on it, tube came right out. The support team was on the phone with me and made me fell dooooo

Did you follow the software install setup?
Turn the printer on with the USB cable attached, but not plugged into the laptop
Install the MC software
Follow the step from the wizard
Also, make sure no other USB devices are plugged into your laptop that might cause issues

Looking at the E3D nozzles. 1.75 funbpack, doesnt say they are compatible with the Slice hotend, only: This nozzle is compatible with the E3D Lite6 HotEnd.

How to add a solid bottom layer to this logo
The art has no connecting support between all the pieces. When it prints evry item is a loose piece
I converted the jpg image to SVG then ran it through Tinkercad to create the stl file
Is there a way in MC to have it add a 1st solid layer to hold all the pieces together as it prints?

@mavin I had the same issue.
logged out of MC
logged out of the cloud sync site
windopws PCs - deleted all the /[user]/appdata/local/mattercontrol folder
reinstalled, only signed into MC
Then it started working again just fine accessing the cloud library
But now I cant extrude, so that my bad now
