RE: Suddenly Ryno will not adhere to the bed
The hard steel nozzle. Interesting idea, sanding the Garolite. I did build an enclosure for retaining the warmth. What about raising the bed temp much higher to initiate the adhesion?
The mystery is why the complete failure of adhesion merely by changing filament from nylonX back to Ryno. The control settings all seem correct. -
RE: Suddenly Ryno will not adhere to the bed
Stock nozzle that came with the PulseXe package. The total weight of the nylonX parts was 8.2 gm, surely not enough to affect the nozzle.
(Garolite heated bed btw) -
Suddenly Ryno will not adhere to the bed
Bought the Pulse XE, it worked perfectly with Ryno PETG right out of the box. Then I changed to nylonX for 2 small parts. When I went back to Ryno, it would not adhere to the bed. I tried temp. variations, glue variations, nozzle distance variations and finally thought of drying the filament, baking 7 hours at ~170f.
Nothing, zilch! Was the nozzle damaged by the nylonX? The filament flows out properly.
Help!
