Homing Failure

Hi. I am having a homing issue with my Y axis. Whenever I try and home it just grinds at the end switch and eventually throws this error:

Pause Due to Error
ERROR: Homing cycle failed - check the max_travel settings

It also says that there was a hardware failure? Any help is greatly appreciated.

@jomiscli check to make sure the leads are still connected to your microswitch and to the board. If one of the leads is loose or no longer connected, this will be the result.
