Losing parts trying to combine

Since updating when im trying to combine some pieces on a imported file, after confirming the combine i lose random parts from the model.
Ive printed the original file before so i dont think its that. Any ideas, maybe a bug in the update, or too many overlapping parts to process?

@thegoat Happens to me also. Sometimes when you add new primitives, if they are not aligned properly, this will happen. Sometimes I just slice from mcx instead. Something that Lars should look into.

If you can send me the .mcx file that has the error I would love to look into it. It needs to have the combine still in it.
