Linux connection issue

Hey guys, got my new pulse xc this week. I have Ubuntu 20.04 running solid, matter control launches and works great, does everything but connect to the printer. When you try (in manual I can see the symlink I created and the ttyacm0) the printer fans starts for a second and then nothing. It’s connected but getting an error, I’ll attach a pic, any help or leads helpful. I’ve checked everything, Re installed everything, and even checked groups and tty permissions.
