MC2.21 on Robo3D. Resume print tries to feed an INSANE amount of filament.

I've been away from the printer for a while, and MC has certainly changed. I see there's now an option to pause the print and resume. Nice. When I hit pause, it pauses. Nice. When I hit resume, it runs the extruder fast and long, apparently trying to extrude a few inches of filament! Grindy noises, but no damage.
So what's going wrong here, and where do I fix it?
