Designing a car. first stages

Hi, I'm new hear and aslos new to CAD,
So a question if I may. I want to design a model car, 32 scale. I have a schematic with dimensions of the 1:1 car.
1)How can I import this schematic to MC?

2. How and where to start drawing it out in MC?
