Sicing outsie of MatterControl and level settings when printing in Mattercontrol
-
I tried this today on my PulseXE slicing in Cura 4.5.X and importing the g-code in Matter Control. It seemed that the leveling information was not sent with the file to the printer as I observed adhesion problems in some areas of the skirt and eventual print. Is there any trick at doing this? I like MatterControl but the tree supports in Cura are a breeze to use and perform very well with my other printers. Thanks in advance.

@fstkmaro I have not used MC in 6 months so IDK if they changed something but it used to work. Its simple enough to detect to make sure its not a different problem. Instead of controlling the printer from MC have it write a 2nd GCODE file and make sure the bed leveling thing is checked when you do then compare the 2 files side by side. The G1.... should be split into multiples with slightly different Z values

@mpirringer Thank you very much for this clever suggestion. I will see. Thanks
